Salem, Ore.—Today, Oregon Right to Life PAC (ORTL PAC) announced the endorsement of incumbent Representative Lily Morgan (R-Grants Pass) for the House District 3 Republican Primary. Rep. Morgan demonstrated her commitment as a pro-life representative during the 2023 legislative session. She supported life-affirming legislation, sponsoring multiple bills supporting adoption and infant nutrition.
