Oregon Right to Life runs an effective canvassing program throughout the year to spread the pro-life message and rally the pro-life vote.
You can help out by volunteering alongside our team in your own community.
As a PCP, you will be your precinct’s representative to the county central committee and in your area. You will have a real influence on your party’s policy on abortion, physician-assisted suicide, and other life issues. There are also times when PCPs must select possible replacements to legislators if a seat becomes open.
For nearly 50 years, abortion laws were regulated at the federal level—this changed with the 2022 Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson. Now the issue of abortion has been returned to the people and their elected representatives, and elections at every level of government matter more than ever before.
